Moto 360 will get Android Wear 2.0 in the coming weeks!
The Moto 360 (2nd Gen) was launched at IFA 2015 in late 2015. The Moto 360 Sport was then released in early 2016. That was a long time ago, wasn't it? And we know Motorola has no plans to release smartwatches in the near future (or might license the brand to Binatone so they make some), but that doesn't mean the second generation 360s won't get further support or that they won't remain as powerful as they were at launch.
Google will now release Android Wear 2.0 for both watches, and the company stated the update will be available in the coming weeks. The new version features an improved user interface that will make it easier to use, the ability to install apps in it directly from the watch (no need of the Android Wear app anymore), and you can even reply to messages.
Pretty cool, right? Expect the update to come in the next few weeks, before the end of May.
