Moto Swift: the original cancelled Moto G?
There are many unreleased Motorola prototype phones out there, and there are also some never seen concept phones. Those never got to become a prototype, and they just remained as digital drawings. Here is one of them.
This is a concept called SWIFT. This phone would have been a mid-range from 2012/2013, featuring an 8MP 1080p camera, Ice Cream Sandwich, a 4.3" FWVGA screen and a plastic back. As you can see from the pics, it would be similar to the 2012 design language Moto had (Atrix 2, Atrix HD, Photon Q, DROID 4, MotoLUXE).
The pictures also show a rear speaker and the back says "Industria Brasileira" which means it would be assembled in Brazil. This means it was going to be a low-end or mid-range device for that market and also for Latin America and Asia. Again, this is a concept that emerged online but never got to become a prototype or anything. All in all, for the design language and the specs we can guess this inspired the Moto G original concept a bit, so it's great to see at all the different concepts Motorola had thought about before actually releasing a product.
