Nexus 6 might get Android 8.0?
Motorola Mobility and Google released the Nexus 6 back in 2014. The phone was running Lollipop at launch, and then got Marshmallow in 2015 and Nougat last year.
The Nexus 6 came with a big 5.96" QHD screen, a 13MP camera and the Snapdragon 805 processor. Its design was praised for being similar to the beautiful Moto X (2nd Gen) from that same year.
Google's program says the company will support for about two years, so it's surprising to see the Nexus 6 from three years ago getting Android O tested. According to Google Git, the Nexus 6 is being tested for Android 8 right now, which could bring more control over system settings, new notifications tab design, and UI improvements.
