Moto G5 Plus sold out on Flipkart
Seems like the G5 Plus release in India was a huge success. Flipkart is now reporting that its sales broke their own records. According to the company, over 50 Moto G5 Plus phones were sold per minute during its release day.
The Financial Express gives credit to the Buyback program, but also points out the phone got 90% positive reviews immediately, which helped even more with sales. Over 4,000 old Motorola phones were exchanged thanks to that program, and 72,000 devices were sold during launch day.
The Moto G5 was released in Latin America, Europe, Japan and India in the last two weeks. Further Latin American and European countries will see its release next week.
